What is Traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi?

 

Lomilomi means to massage. Lomilomi is not only a physical science, it is a spiritual art. During my lomilomi session, there is a healing of mind and spirit through pule (prayer), oli (chant), ho'oponopono (forgiveness-to make things right), healing with shells, spiritual cleansing. All through use of Hawaiian values.
